Went tonight 1/11/2014 to the Annual firework display at Berwicks Lane, Chelmsley Wood. This is a free event that happens every year. This was our first time going to this particular event and I must admit it was a great night out. Everyone seemed to enjoy it and I can highly recommend it. Looking forward to the next one.
No real editing has taken place on these images, the main edit was a crop on a few of the images. To achieve the different looks within the photos I adjusted the shutter speed and the ISO settings. By adjusting these settings you can allow more light or less light onto the cameras sensor. Its a trial and error process to achieve the desired look. the only downside with fireworks is that I only seem to get to photograph them once a year, so its taken a few years to get the technique right.
